Canva Pro Subscription এর জন্য আমাদের দুই ধরনের ওয়ারেন্টি পলিসি আছে। অ্যাকাউন্ট রিপ্লেস পলিসি এবং মানি ব্যাক পলিসি। এক বছরের এই ওয়ারেন্টি পলিসি প্রযোজ্য হবে।

অ্যাকাউন্ট রিপ্লেসঃ  এই ক্ষেত্রে ১ বছরের মধ্যে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট এ কোন সমস্যা হলে আমরা অ্যাকাউন্ট রিপ্লেস করে দিবো। 

মানি ব্যাকঃ  যেমন, যদি আপনি ১০০ টাকা দিয়ে ১২ মাসের জন্য সাবস্ক্রিপশন নিয়ে থাকেন এবং ৬ মাস পর যদি আপনার একাউন্ট নষ্ট হয়ে যায় তাহলে আপনি বাকি ৬ মাসের জন্য ১০০÷(১২/৬)= ৫০ টাকা ফেরত পাবেন। অথবা যদি ৯ মাস পর আপনার একাউন্ট নষ্ট হয়ে যায় তাহলে আপনি বাকি ৩ মাসের জন্য ১০০÷(১২/৩)= ২৫ টাকা ফেরত পাবেন।

২ দিন, ৭ দিন এবং ৩০ দিন প্যাকেজের ক্ষেত্রে মানিব্যাক পলিসি প্রযোজ্য নয়।
