What’s your refund policy?
There are two types of refunds: a wallet refund and a Bkash/Nagad/Rocket refund.
In the case of a wallet refund, you will get 100% of the order amount back to your Uniselv wallet, regardless of whether the problem is with the customer or us. And if the refund is to be taken in Bkash, Naagad, Cash, or Rocket, if the issue is from the customer, then 15% of the money will be deducted as a service charge and the rest, 70%, will be refunded. Problems issued by the customer: order with the wrong product, order with the wrong region or server ID, etc.
But if we are unable to deliver any product, we will return 100% of the money in both your Uniselv Wallet and your provided payment method.
Note: You can request a refund only for orders that have not been delivered. Refunds are not admissible on delivery orders.
